Data collected
The contact form collects name, e-mail, subject, message, and acknowledgement of this policy. Formspree may also process technical metadata required for delivery, security, and abuse prevention, such as date, time, IP address, user agent, and anti-spam logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer the contact you initiated, organize received communications, and protect the form against spam or misuse. The primary legal basis under Brazilian LGPD is taking preliminary steps related to the data subject's request and, when applicable, legitimate interest in maintaining site security and communication records.
Third parties and subprocessors
Messages are processed by Formspree, the external service that receives the form, applies anti-spam features, and forwards the content by e-mail. The e-mail provider associated with the haroldemert.com.br domain also processes messages for delivery, storage, and reply.
International transfer
Formspree and e-mail providers may store or process data outside Brazil. In those cases, processing depends on the contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards offered by those providers.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages are kept only as long as necessary to reply, follow up, and comply with legitimate obligations. The operating routine is to review the message inbox at least every six months and delete old or resolved messages that no longer need to be retained. As a reference, closed messages should be removed within 24 months unless there is an artistic, contractual, tax, legal, or security need.
Data subject rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, anonymization, information about sharing, or review of any consent. Send requests to [email protected]. Responses will be sent through the same channel, after reasonable identity confirmation when necessary.
Security and external configuration
The form uses native browser validation, field length limits, and a honeypot field. Formspree's external configuration should keep anti-spam features, rate limiting or captcha when available, maximum message size, and safe handling of received HTML content enabled.
